Jinseki Summer School, which is celebrating its fourth summer school this year. To offer more children opportunities to join this year, the school will run two 2-week programs, double that of previous years. The camp this year will benefit from using the facilities and staff of Jinseki International School, Japan’s first British curriculum boarding school opening this April. The academic program will focus on learning both Japanese and English language and incorporate the practical International Primary Curriculum approach of the school. All teaching staff are fully licensed Japanese or International Elementary trained teachers, predominantly from the school. In addition, the outdoor programme includes football training by Liverpool FC International Academy and ex-professional athletes through the USF (United Sports Foundation Japan).

Set in the picturesque Chukogu Hills the camp will have a focus on wellness and providing several activities surrounded by nature. These will include animal care, star gazing and nature walks. The camp is open to children aged from 5 to 13 years old.
The schedule of Jinseki Summer School is as follows.

1) Japanese and English acquisition program

This year’s Academic program will be based on teaching through Japanese or English language a nature-based thematic approach. Activities will include arts, science, geography and history differentiated to each child’s needs. As such, both academic skill and language proficiency will be enhanced through both fun classroom and outdoor-organised activities and sports.

Sports & Activities:

1) Football through Liverpool FC International Academy)

Through an official partnership with Liverpool FC International Academy Japan, the camp will offer a soccer coaching programme. As the current World Club and Champions League winners, this academy offers the best soccer coaching in Japan professionally run by Liverpool-based staff.

Through the “UNITED SPORTS FOUNDATION” (USF), hugely popular last year, we will once again offer a variety of sports coaching from retired professional athletes under their motto of “One World. One Team.”. The USF program will bring children the joy of teamwork, challenge and the ability to achieve something with friends through sports.
